End-User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the services, application, software, their associated upgrades, license, and updates and related services (the “Product”) currently provided or which will be provided by Imanity Software.
Imanity Software reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete articles in this EULA at any time, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made.
1) Definitions
"we", "us", and "our" refer to the Imanity Software.
"you" and "your" refers to the customer.
"product" refers to any products under Imanity Software.
2) License
- You are aware that you are the only person who have the access to the license.
- You are aware that removing / modifying license system within the product is not allowed.
- You are aware that your license may be revoked at any time, for any reason, with or without refund.
- You are aware that you have the responsibility to your license. But you can still ask to change license key.
3) Product
- You are aware that claiming the product as your work is not allowed.
- You are aware that reselling or redistributing our product is not allowed.
4) Service Termination
- You are aware that service termination means license termination and support will not longer be offered.
- You are aware that breaking rules in Terms of Services, EULA or Refund Policy may or can result in service termination.
- You are aware that we've the right to terminate your service for reasons.
- You are aware that service termination will not result in refunds.
