By purchasing any products from Imanity Software, You agreed to our EULA and Refund Policy.

Imanity Software reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete articles in this Terms of Services at any time, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made.

0) Terminology

"we", "us", and "our" refer to the Imanity Software.
"you" and "your" refers to the customer.
"product" refers to any products under Imanity Software.

1) Support

  • You are aware that supports will only be given to the customer who owns the license.
  • You are aware that temporary transferring support is possible. It will require the customer who owns the license agrees to transfer and stay inside the same support ticket.
  • You are aware that supports will be offered during the lifetime of the product.
  • You are aware that when purchasing our product, you are not purchasing the support. You are purchasing a license to use the product.
  • You are aware that support is not guaranteed, and our support team has the right to refuse to provide support to you or any other customers.
  • You are aware that support will be given through Imanity Software's Official Discord server or the Github Issue Tracker we've mentioned.
  • You are aware that we don't provide supports on Imanity Software's Official Discord server for bug reports or suggestions. In this case, we will be using Github Issue Tracker instead.
  • You are aware that support is not allowed through direct messages between you and a staff member.
  • You are aware that support can or will be refused if the product version is outdated or modified.

2) Product Code

  • You are aware that the code may be encrypted, obfuscated, or unable to be read.
  • You are aware that you are not purchasing the source code.

3) Licensing

  • You are aware that a product requires license to be used.
  • You are aware that a license may include several restriction for your usage. Such as IP Address limitation that restrict the amount of machines you can use on. The amount of IP Address limitation is depend on purchased plans.
  • You are aware that a license will be covered under a Discord account. If you lost the account may result in license lost.
  • You are aware that a license can be transferred to another account if you wanted to. But it requires the original account agreed to the transfer.
